Sep 17, 2014  The 2014 Ford F-150 has 2 problems reported for sync does not work. Average failure mileage is 4,150 miles. Sep 13, 2018  when 3.10 finishes Sync will say a successful 3.8 install, it's really 3.10 so don't freak out. I did the install today, took about 30 mins on my ride home from work. The download button is in the upper right of the screen by the way - took me a moment to find it - it's the down arrow with a bar underneath it.

I have taken vehicle back to dealer and they did not fix the problem. They acted like they had no idea how the SYNC actually worked. So then I called Ford SYNC support and they tried to help me over the phone. They had no idea why it wouldn't work anymore. They told me they would call me back in three days with a solution. That was ten days ago. Last I checked, the SYNC system is between the front and rear bumper so it should be covered by warranty. I want the damn thing to work.

No one at Ford Motor Company or My Sync can diagnosis the problem I am having with a new 2014 Ford 150. Cannot run a Vehicle Health Report and NO ONE knows why! When I inquire, their standard answer is they are working on it. In the meantime, I will loose my auto discount, which I had through ON STAR with a Chevrolet. I think I made a mistake buying a Ford instead of a Chevrolet.
